DELIVERY
We offer the following national delivery options within the UK:

- FREE Delivery on orders over £100
- FREE Local Delivery
- FREE Click & Collect
Standard delivery costs £4.95 anywhere in the UK. We aim to dispatch orders the next working day, and all orders will be sent with Royal Mail 2nd class post. We expect orders to be with you in around 3-5 working days.
COVID update: We are aware of localised postage delays, please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
Local delivery is free to the following postcodes: N4, N6, N8, N10, N11, N19 & N22. If your shipping address is to one of these postcodes then you will see the option for free shipping at checkout.
Click & Collect is available at our London boutique during opening hours. Please select the 'pick up' option at checkout. You can find our address and current opening hours on our 'About' page.
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy. If you change your mind for any reason, contact us at broadwayboutiquelondon@gmail.com for instructions on how and where to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately in the unlikely event that the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
